Sukanen Ship Pioneer Village & Museum is a unique Pioneer Heritage Museum located 13 km south of Moose Jaw on Highway 2. As an Open Air Museum Saskatchewan, we bring prairie history to life by preserving and displaying artifacts, buildings, and stories from early settler life. The centerpiece is the iconic Tom Sukanen Ship Exhibit, the land-built vessel whose story captures imagination and speaks to the determination of settlers.
